Just about every time I post something in my blog, when I click "post" I get logged out and it's really pissing me off.

Click on "remember me" when you log in and it shouldn't affect you.

If you click "log out" after you click "remember me" when you log in, will you still be logged in when you come back?

Nope, when you are done just click log out and you'll be fine.
