:confused:I am having trouble with nightmares, sleepwalking and harming my self in my sleep. I have tried everything! If you have any ideas please let me know. I've had it! I'm ready to stop it any way that I can. One way or another it will be stopped.

You said you harm yourself in your sleep, because of nightmares. Perhaps you need to deal with whatever underlying issue thats causing the nightmares before you can move forward?

I am trying to deal with the cause of the nightmares. I don't really have a choice not to, these things wont stay hidden anymore. I'm finding it difficult to deal with when the problems involves my dad who is dead, and a brother who maybe dead too for all I know.
