I suffer from a couple of Anxiety Disorders- GAD, Social Anxiety, Obsessions. Have taken medications for six years; mostly SSRIs. I just want to know whether someone with similar debilitating conditions has come out of it by persistent self-help, committed application of adaptive behaviors like exercise, walking, etc. Am tired of medications. Please let me know. Thanks.
