im just sad

people get sad, they lick there wounds, then they get over it, right ?

well im stuck in the sad part of that process right now. that makes me no good to anybody least of all myself.

you have every right to feel tthe way you do It has been a trying day, and I am certain you are exhausted. I feel badly for you. However, very proud that you gave it your all. This is something to be proud of. ALthough the outcome was not in favor of what we wanted for you or what you deserved, and the saddness, in your heart is real, you still tried and put forth the effort. I feel so badly for you, and I wish I could take the pain and saddness away . I am here, we are here for you, Sue.
Remember you are a survivor, a very strong woman.

i just have to get through this blip,(again)

its just digging into reserves i dont really have right now, trying to keep going, im not quite ready to eia, so i guess theres still part of me that wants to fight. just need to locate that part and cling on to it

That big, black, void you live in, that emptyness can be, past stuff, chemical, for me it was spiritual emptyness, find your god and fill that void. expect a Miracle. its sooo scary to feel the way you do, ive felt that way for many years, and there is such a thing as been well............Repeat after me.....................God, Please help me.
